Eve’s location couldn’t be more perfect. Situated on the bayfront, it offers stunning views of the water and skyline, making it an amazing setting for any wedding. From the Coronado Bridge to Point Loma, you’ll have a panoramic view that’s simply unmatched.

With a total of 12,000 square feet of event space, Eve is designed to give you plenty of room to host your ceremony, reception, and everything in between. The 7,800-square-foot interior provides ample space for both small and large weddings, and the additional 4,000 square feet of outdoor terraces, including a balcony, patio, and two salons with private terraces, expand your options even further. The indoor space features floor-to-ceiling windows, so you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light and scenic views.

Eve is versatile and can comfortably accommodate a variety of guest list sizes. It can seat up to 570 guests for a more formal event or host 1,126 standing guests for a lively cocktail party. The cost of hosting a wedding at Eve depends on several factors, including the day of the week, guest count, and specific event needs. On average, you can expect to pay around $50,000. While Eve provides a stunning setting, be sure to budget for potential additional costs for decor, vendor services, or extra time if needed.

Eve is renting on a half day basis with half days defined as any type of use between 6am - 3pm ($16,500), and 3pm - 2am ($20,000).  Pricing includes basic staffing and the existing set-up within the venue, which includes several lounge furniture groupings on the patio.  Catering and enhancements are additional (and handled by their team).
